ABOUT Maggie Topped Brownies with Chocolate Sauce RECIPE

Someone who is truly passionate about food, should never fear of experimenting with unusual flavors. Sometimes, it will be a hit and sometimes it will be a miss, but it will be a good experience nevertheless. I wanted to use maggi in desserts and some desserts actually taste much much better with some crunch in them for example brownies. The soft, decadent brownies baked with some crushed maggi and then topped with chocolate sauce - Heaven!! I vouch for this recipe.

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. For Brownies - 8 ounce dark chocolate chopped
  2. 1 (4 Ounce) Stick Butter
  3. 3/4 cup flour
  4. 3 eggs
  5. 1 cup sugar
  6. 1/2 packet Maggie noodles crushed
  7. For Chocolate Sauce - I used the Nestle Chocolate syrup
  8. 1 tsp vanilla essence

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degree F
  2. Prepare a baking pan by lightly buttering it
  3. Melt the butter and chopped chocolate in a microwave proof bowl until the mixture is smooth. Be careful while melting the chocolate. You can also use a double boiler to melt the chocolate with butter over simmering water
  4. In another bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until it turns pale yellow. Beat for close to 5/6 minutes
  5. Add chocolate mixture and vanilla into it and beat again
  6. Add the flour and just fold it in until combined. Don't over mix.
  7. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and sprinkle the crushed maggi all over
  8. Bake for 25/30 minutes
  9. Before serving sprinkle some chocolate sauce and enjoy
