Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Wheat flour/all purpose flour 1 cup ( I used wheat flour)
  2. Gram flour 1/2 cup
  3. Suji 1/4 cup
  4. Atta Maggi 1/2 packet
  5. Potato 2 big
  6. Garlic crushed 1 tsp
  7. Sesame seeds 1 tsp
  8. Dhania powder 1 tsp
  9. Chill powder 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Take wheat flour, gram flour and suji in a bowl. Add 1 tbsp oil and make dough. Cover and keep aside.
  2. Boil potatoes, peel and mash.
  3. Cook the maggi with 1/4 masala sachet and just required water. Let it cool.
  4. Make a thin slurry of wheat flour.
  5. Now mix mashed potatoes and maggi. Add all masala and mix well.
  6. Roll a roti. Spread Maggi Potato mixture on it evenly.
  7. Apply little oil to the rolling pin and roll over the mixture. It will stick well.
  8. Start rolling tight from one end. Roll by pressing little.
  9. Seal at the end with wheat flour slurry. Seal both the sides too.
  10. Like that roll another roll of roti. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
  11. Take out from fridge, cut Pinwheels.
  12. Heat oil in a pan.
  13. Dip Pinwheels in a slurry and fry. Fry on medium low flame. Keep turning till you get a nice brown color.
  14. Take out on a absorbent paper. Enjoy with a cup of coffee / Tea.
