Whole udad and udad daal dahi vade

Soak Sabut Udad and dhuli udad daal in a same container for 5 hours or overnight
Drain water and grind it in a mixer in a smooth paste add only 2 to 3 tbsp water grind coriander leaves,green chilli, ginger, garlic in the same jar
Now continuous mix it for 3 minutes add salt again mix it until it becomes light
Heat the pan put oil for frying
Now make round balls of it and deep fry it on a low flame
Now boil 2 glass water and turn off flame put all the vade in to it for 30 minutes so they become soft
Take yogurt in a bowl add sugar mix it well
Now add all the balls in it
Now serve with tamarind and green chutney with red chilli powder.
