ABOUT Maggi with Mint and Coriander Pesto RECIPE

Italian twist to our humble maggi. Believe me it tastes awesome.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Maggi - 1 pack
  2. Fresh Coriander - 1 small bunch
  3. Mint leaves - few sprigs
  4. Lemon juice - 1 tsp
  5. Green Chillies - 1-2
  6. Sugar - 1/2 tsp
  7. Walnut - approx a fistful
  8. Olive oil - 2 tsp
  9. Salt - as per taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare maggi as per packet instructions.
  2. Add little oil to it so that they don't stick to each other
  3. Grind together walnuts, coriander, mint, chilli with olive oil. Add lemon juice, salt, sugar and mix well.
  4. Add this pesto to the prepared maggi. Serve hot with love
