ABOUT Popcorn Chicken Maggi ( KFC STYLE) RECIPE

Maggi cooked and mixed with corn flour, egg and coarse ground wheat flakes.

Ingredients Serving: 4

Chicken Maggi half packet
Wheat flakes coarsely ground 3/4 Cup
corn flour 3 tbsp
Egg 1
Salt and pepper to taste
Ginger garlic paste 1 2 tsp
chilli powder 1 tsp
Rosemary dried 1 tsp

Instructions

Cook Maggi and cool.
Take half Maggi, add corn flour and coarse ground wheat flakes.
Add ginger garlic paste and all the salt, pepper.
Add chilli powder according to taste.
Beat egg and mix. Add water, adjust the consistency.
Heat oil in a pan and drop small popcorns. Fry till Golden brown and crisp.
Serve with Tomato ketchup or salsa dip.
As Navaratri is going on, I have chosen a veg recipe. In other half of Chicken Maggi noodles I added Shredded Chicken and fried.
