ABOUT Maggi noodles Chat RECIPE

I first maggi during my college days only. I am a very big lover of maggi, every one in my family and friends knows how much i love maggi.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Maggi noodles 1 packet
  2. Papdi(Baked/Fried) 4
  3. Bolied potato 1/4 cup
  4. Onion (finely chopped) 1/4 cup
  5. Tomato (Finely chopped) 1/4 cup
  6. Sweet chutney 2 tbls
  7. Green chutney 2tbls
  8. Garlic chutney 1 tbls
  9. chat masala 1 tsp
  10. jeera powder 1 tsp
  11. Maggi masala 1 sachet
  12. curd 1/4 cup
  13. sugar 1 tsp
  14. salt a pinch
  15. Water to boil the noodles
  16. coriander leaves to garnish
  17. Lemon juice 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. First boil the noodle till it becomes soft. Drian and wash once in cold water. Mix 3/4 th of the maggiemasala with the boiled maggi.
  2. Spread the masala coated maggi in a greased oven tray and bake in 200 degree Centigrade for around 15 to 20 minutes. Or simply deep fry the maggi noodles in hot oil and drain in a tissue paper and keep aside.
  3. in bowl take thic curd and mix the sugar and salt and beat well till it becomes creamy .
  4. In a serving plate first spread the crispy noodles first. Than break the papdis and spread on the top.
  5. Put some boiled potato pieces, onion and tomatoes on the top. pour the prepared sweet curd and then the chutneys one by one.
  6. Sprinkle some chat masala, jeera powder and the remaining maggi masala.
  7. Finally pour the lemon juice on the top and garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves and serve immediately.
