Presenting Instant Suji Idli with added Spinach and Beetroot and stuffed with Meri Maggi.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Suji 1 cup
  2. Maggi half packet
  3. Blended Spinach leaves 1 tbsp( 8 to 10 leaves)
  4. Blended beet root 2 tsp
  5. Curd 1 cup
  6. Ginger grated 1 tsp
  7. Chilli crushed 1/2 tsp
  8. Eno sachet 1
  9. Oil 1/2 tsp
  10. For Seasoning
  11. Oil 2 tsp
  12. Asafoetida 1/4 Tsp
  13. Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
  14. Urad daal 1 tsp
  15. Sesame seeds 1 tsp
  16. Curry leaves few

Instructions

  1. Prepare 2 minutes maggi and cool.
  2. Make batter of suji by adding water. Divide in two.
  3. Add blended Spinach in half.
  4. Add Beetroot in half
  5. Add salt, ginger and chilli crushed.
  6. Till you prepare this heat water in steamer. Grease Idli plate.
  7. As water starts boiling, pour layer of Beetroot batter, than keep stuffing of Maggi and than layer of Spinach batter.
  8. Keep in a steamer. Let it cook for 5 minutes.
  9. Till that prepare seasoning. Heat oil adf Asafoetida, mustard seeds, urad daal. As itcrackes addcurry patta.
  10. Pour a little seasoning over each settled idli and steam till a clean toothpick taste.
  11. After done let it rest for 3 to 4 minutes and than remove from the mould.
  12. Serve with green chutney or ketchup of your kids choice.
