ABOUT Maggi pancakes RECIPE

Masala maggi is so tasty that in whichever recipe it is added that becomes yummy. To make my grand daughters eat wheat roti we use different tactics. This recipe is one of them.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Wheat flour 1 cup
  2. Maggie noodles 1 pack.
  3. Spinach leaves chopped fine 1 tbsp
  4. Tomato finely chopped 1/2
  5. Coriander leaves finely chopped 1 tsp
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Pepper powder 1 tsp
  8. Ginger grated 1 tsp
  9. Garlic crushed 1 tsp
  10. Parsley or any seasoning of your choice 1 tsp
  11. Butter / olive oil for shallow fry
  12. Cheesr grated 1 tbsp ( optional)

Instructions

  1. Take wheat flour in a bowl. Add water to make pouring batter consistency. ( not very watery.)
  2. Keep aside for half an hour. Add finely chopped Spinach leaves.
  3. Cook 2 minutes maggi and allow it to cool.
  4. Add maggi to the batter.
  5. Heat oil in a pan. Pour a laddle full of batter. Spread parsley
  6. Flip over after a minute
  7. Cook both sides. Enjoy with Tomato ketchup and a cup of coffee /tea./juice.
  8. You can add Cheese too.
