Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 litre full cream milk
  2. 2 tablespoons vinegar
  3. 1/2 kilogram sugar
  4. 2 tablespoons Chopped dry fruits
  5. Pinch of saffron strands
  6. 2 ripe bananas
  7. 20 almonds
  8. 10 cashew nuts

Instructions

  1. Firstly heat the milk and boil it then add the vinegar Stir well.
  2. Take a strainer and strain it. Then wash the paneer with water and put into muslin cloth and hang it.
  3. Then in a pan add water and sugar, allow the sugar to melt on high flame.
  4. While the sugar syrup is boiling, reduce the flame and add saffron strands.
  5. To make rasgulla knead the paneer very well, at least for 10-12 minutes and make a soft and smooth dough.
  6. Now by taking small portions from the dough make 5-6 equal size flat balls of paneer.
  7. While the sugar syrup is boiling, put the balls into the syrup.
  8. Cover the pan with a tight lead and boil the Rasgulla for 15 minutes on medium to high flame.
  9. Now boiled the milk for rasmalai add almonds paste and cashew nuts paste boiled for 10 min then add chopped bananas and saffron strands and boiled for another 10 min.
  10. After that squeeze the Rasgulla from sugar syrup and put into Rasmalai..
  11. Garnish with dry fruits, before serving put into fridge for cooling.
