Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Singhade ka atta 250 gms
  2. Potatoes 5 (boiled)
  3. Raw bananas 2 pieces
  4. Jaggery 250 gms
  5. Hung curd 250 gms
  6. Chopped green chilli 1 tsp
  7. Chopped green coriander 2 tsp
  8. Lemon juice 2-3 tsp
  9. Pomegranate 1 (peeled)
  10. Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  11. Salt as per taste
  12. Sesame oil 3 cups

Instructions

  1. Make a dough for papdis with singhada flour and two boiled potatoes. Make a perfect dough. Now make papdis and fry these on a low flame.
  2. Chop the raw banana and fry to get the chips. Slice the boiled potato into round pieces and deep fry.
  3. For chutney: Take jaggery and a cup of water, bring to a boil. Add some salt, lal mirch and some kismish. Keep boiling till thick.
  4. Now keep a aloo tikki in between two papdis. Set 4-5 pieces in a bowl, add salt, red chilli powder, chutney, whisked hung curd, lemon juice, green chillies and chopped coriander.
  5. Garnish with pomegranate, potato chips and banana chips.
