Egg less cake with goodness of banana and strawberries

Ingredients Serving: 4

Maida 1and 1/2 cups
Cornflour 1tablespoon
Baking soda 3/4 teaspoon
Baking powder 1 teaspoon
Salt a pinch
Refined oil 1/3 cup
Granulated sugar 3/4 cup
Ripe bananas 3 medium sized
Milk 1/2 cup
Vanilla Essence 1teaspoon
White vinegar 1/2 teaspoon
Strawberries chopped 1 cup

Instructions

Sift maida, cornflour, baking powder,baking soda,salt together evenly.
In a bowl take bananas mash them we can use blender also
Add sugar in bananas and whisk them .
Add milk and refined oil whisk until sugar gets dissolved .
Now add vanilla essence and vinegar.
Now add dry ingredients in this banana mix gradually .
There should be no lumps in it .Do not over whisk other wise gluten will release.
Now gently add strawberries fold them in mix.
Pour the mix in greased tin.
Bake the mixture for 35-40 minutes at 180 degree centigrade in a preheated oven .
Check the the after 20 minutes.
Take out when done .cut in pieces and serve.
