Tasty yummy kebabs can be eaten in vrats also if we skip onion.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Plantain or raw banana 1large
  2. Boiled potato 2 medium
  3. Onion chopped 1/2 cup
  4. Green chillies 2 chopped
  5. Coriander leaves chopped 2 tablespoon
  6. salt as per taste
  7. Roasted and Ground peanuts 2 tablespoons
  8. Besan 1 tablespoon
  9. Breadcrumbs 2-3 tablespoons
  10. Fennel seeds powder 1/2 teaspoon
  11. Cumin powder 1/2 teaspoon
  12. Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon
  13. Garam Masala Powder 1/2 teaspoon
  14. Vegetable oil to shallow fry

Instructions

  1. Boil raw banana and potato and keep it aside for cooling to realize it's gluten.
  2. Grate them in a bowl now add the above listed ingredients except oil.
  3. Divide the dough into equal parts and then flat then in the shape of kebab.
  4. Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry all the kebabs golden from both sides.
  5. Take them out and serve with mint chutney and onion rings.
