ABOUT Banana Sushi Rolls RECIPE

Banana sushi roll is a healthy and quick recipe for breakfast. Goodness of banana with walnut, nutella, coconut and whole wheat tortilla is just awesome.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 whole Bananas (peeled)
  2. 4 tbsp Nutella
  3. 2 tbsp Walnut slices
  4. 2 tbsp Coconut crumbs
  5. 2 Whole wheat tortillas

Instructions

  1. Spread 2 tbsp of nutella on whole wheat tortilla.
  2. Sprinkle 1 tbsp walnut slices and 1 tbsp of coconut crumbs on it.
  3. Now place one peeled banana on it. Roll it up tightly. Cut small sushi roll pieces by a sharp knife.
  4. Do same to the other one.
