Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Raw bananas 4 nos
  2. Cottage cheese 200 gm
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Chopped Green Chillies 2
  5. Sooji 1 tbsp
  6. oil to fry

Instructions

  1. Peel and boil raw bananas
  2. Pressure cook to one whistle
  3. Mash the raw bananas
  4. Add sooji, salt chopped chillies.
  5. Mix well and keep aside
  6. Crumble cottage cheese
  7. Add salt pepper according to your taste
  8. Take small balls of banana mixture
  9. Flatten on your palm
  10. Fill with cheese mixture and cover
  11. Deep fry till golden brown
  12. Serve with sliced onions, green chutney and chillies
