Delicious and healthy papaya halwa

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Sweet Papaya puree 3 cups
  2. Jaggery powder 1 cup
  3. Dry fruits 3 teaspoons
  4. Milk khoya 3 teaspoons
  5. Ghee 3 teaspoons
  6. Cardamom powder 1 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Heat some ghee on a pan and fry the dry fruits.
  2. Add papaya puree and fry it until it turns golden red in colour. Water will evaporate.
  3. Add jaggery powder and mix well, add milk khoya and elaichi powder. Check that all ingredients should get mixed well.
  4. Garnish with dry fruits.
