ABOUT Magic Curry RECIPE

Tomato cream curry with spinach peas dumplings has a delicate taste and beautiful flavours.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Spinach 1 cup
  2. Green peas 1/2 cup
  3. Gramflour 3 tbsp
  4. Cornflour 2 tbsp
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  7. Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  8. Kitchen King masala 1tsp
  9. Cream 3 tbsp
  10. Tomatoes 3 pureed
  11. Ginger garlic paste 1tsp
  12. Oil 2 tbsp
  13. Cashew paste 1tsp
  14. Oil for frying
  15. Water as needed

Instructions

  1. Grind spinach and peas roughly in a mixer grinder
  2. Mix gram flour cornflour salt redchilli powder in this mixture
  3. Make balls of this mixture and deep fry
  4. Make fine paste of tomatoes heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan and add this puree
  5. Add salt red chilli powder turmeric powder and mix well
  6. Add kaju paste and kitchen king masala in the gravy
  7. Lower the flame and add cream in it
  8. Add water
  9. Serve fried dumplings in creamy tomato gravy and garnish with fresh cream

Very nice dish.. the koftas were amazing.. tasted almost like Hara bhara kebab!
