Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Dates or dry dates - 200 gm
  2. Walnuts - 50 gm
  3. Cashews - 50 gm
  4. Almonds - 50 gm
  5. Raisins - 50 gm
  6. Pistachios - 25 gm
  7. Dry coconut - 25 gm
  8. Milk powder - 50 gm
  9. Cardamom - 6
  10. Ghee - 2 tbsp
  11. Milk - 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Remove seeds from Dates.
  2. Roughly chop all dry fruits.
  3. Heat ghee in a pan.
  4. Put chopped dry fruits in pan and roast on medium flame.
  5. Add Milk powder and roast till colour starts to change.
  6. Remove from fire and let it cool.
  7. When it is warm, add Milk and put in Tray. Mix well
  8. Roll into a cylinder and shape with your hand.
  9. Sprinkle some chopped Pistachios and wrap in a foil.
  10. Keep in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 hours.
  11. After this, open foil and cut into 1/2 inch pieces.
  12. Yummy dry fruit rolls are ready.
