You love frozen desserts but are wary of guilty eating. Here is guilt free indulgence. This silky, creamy kulfi is another name of guilt-free indulgence.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 4 tbsp almond meal +2 tbsp water or more
  2. 2 tsp- honey or more
  3. 1 tbsp- oatmeal mixed in equal amount of water (keep for 5 mins)
  4. 1 tbsp- coconut scrapped
  5. 1 tsp- hung curd/Greek yogurt
  6. 1 tbsp- Dry milk powder
  7. Fruits of your choice
  8. Nuts of your liking

Instructions

  1. Soak oatmeal in water.
  2. Make almond milk with almond meal.
  3. Add coconut, honey, hung curd, milk powder, and soaked oatmeal mixture to the food processor.
  4. Run the processor until everything is combined well.
  5. Take out in a bowl and add chopped nuts and fruits of your choice.
  6. Pour in kulfi moulds and freeze for 4-5 hours.
  7. Enjoy this oatmeal frozen delight.
