ABOUT Rose Falooda RECIPE

Rose flavoured falooda filled with lots of dry fruits and icecream. A must try recipe during summer.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Milk boiled and cooled 2 cups
  2. Falooda sev/ vermicilli 1 cup
  3. Sabja /chia seeds 1/2 cup
  4. Jelly 1/2 cup
  5. Vanilla icecream 4 scoops
  6. Dry fruits finely chopped 1/2 cup
  7. Rose syrup 1/2 cup
  8. Sugar 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Boil milk add 2 tbsp rose syrup and keep it in refrigerator for cooling.
  2. Boil water in a bowl add falooda sev and keep it for 10 mins until it gets soft and swollen. .
  3. In another bowl take little warm water and soak sabja for 5 min.
  4. You can use readymade jelly or you can make it at home.
  5. Take a big serving glass , add 1 tsp of rose syrup and add cut pieces of jelly.
  6. Add a layer of sabja and falooda sev and add milk till 3/4th of glass.
  7. Finally add a scoop of icecream and top it with dry fruits.
