Step 9:- After the cake cools down completely unmold it. Cut it from the middle. Moist the cake with sugar Syrup. Spread the Truffle over it. Soak the another layer and spread the ganache . Refrigerate the cake for 10 mins.:Microwave the Truffle for 10 secs spread it over the cake. Again refrigerate the cake for 10mins. Microwave the Truffle for 30 secs. Pour it over the cake.
