To make the parantha mix all the ingredients in wheat flour and half the Olive oil.
Add water to make the dough soft.
Now roll out the parantha, make a cut from the centre towards the outer edge.
Drizzle a little oil and start rolling the parantha from the open end to make a cone.
Let it rest for another 10 minutes
Now press the come and roll out into a round parantha.
On a hot tawa cook both sides till Brown.
Apply oil to the hot parantha and Serve
