Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1½ Cup Wheat Flour
  2. 1/3 Cup finely chopped Onion
  3. 1/2 Cup Chopped Asparagus
  4. 1/4 Cup Shredded Panneer
  5. 1/2 Cup Chopped Asparagus
  6. 2 tbsp yohurt
  7. 2” Ginger
  8. ¼ tsp Cumin Powder
  9. ¼ tsp turmeric powder
  10. 1 tsp chili powder
  11. 1/4 cup of Curry leaves, coriander and Mint leaves
  12. 3 tbsp Cooking oil or Butter

Instructions

  1. Wash, Peel and cut Asparagus into thin slices. Finely chop the onions and ginger.
  2. In a bowl add wheat flour, cumin powder, turmeric powder, chili powder and required salt and mix.
  3. Now add Onions, Ginger, Paneer, Asparagus, chopped Curry, coriander, mint leaves and yogurt. Again mix.
  4. Now add required water to make a stiff dough.
  5. Allow to rest the dough for 10 minutes. By now the dough will be loose as the onions would have released its moisture.
  6. Divide the dough into 6 equal parts and roll out in circular shapes with a rolling pin by dusting dry wheat flour.
  7. Cook the parathas on a hot griddle. When one side is cooked flip and cook the other side. Drizzle oil on both sides of the paratha.
  8. Serve with Dhal and Yogurt.
