ABOUT Paneer Momo RECIPE

Paneer fried momos are soft from inside and at the Same time crisp from outside. An instant recipe for momo lovers.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Maida 1 cup
  2. Salt per taste
  3. Paneer 250 grams
  4. Soya sauce 1 teaspoon
  5. Cabbage grated 1/4 portion
  6. carrot 1 small
  7. Pepper as per taste
  8. Coriander for garnishing
  9. Oil for frying
  10. Water to make dough

Instructions

  1. Knead a stiff dough with Maida and water.
  2. Roll out circles from dough.
  3. Boil cabbage and carrot.
  4. Make a mix of grated paneer, carrot and cabbage.
  5. Spice the mixture with salt and pepper.
  6. Add soya sauce to the mixture.
  7. If the mixture feels wet, dry it by cooking furhter
  8. Stuff your momo with this mixture and pinch from top, close from all sides.
  9. Deep fry.
  10. Ready to Serve. Serve with green coriander chutney or tomato ketchup.
