This is a very romantic dish for you , this Valentine shower some love to yourself too . Time for "self love ". You don't need any fancy ingredients , or lots of time to make this delicious and healthy treats for yourself.

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. For brownie :
  2. Oat flour 1 tbsp
  3. Sugar or honey 1 1/2 tsp
  4. Baking soda 1/8 tsp
  5. Salt 1/8 tsp
  6. Oil 1/2 tsp
  7. Yoghurt 1 tbsp
  8. Milk 2 tsp
  9. Vanilla extract 1/2 tsp
  10. Chopped chocolate 1 tsp optional
  11. For raspberry ice cream :
  12. Greek yoghurt 1/2 cup
  13. Raspberry 1 cup frozen
  14. Sugar 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Grease and dust a small bowl or ramekin bowl
  2. Dust with flour
  3. Preheat oven to 180 degrees centigrade for 10 mins
  4. Sift flour , baking soda, cocoa and salt in a bowl
  5. Mix oil , sugar , yoghurt and milk in another bowl
  6. Now add vanilla extract also
  7. Now fold flour mixture to it
  8. Pour the batter into the greased bowl
  9. Put some chopped dark chocolate on the top
  10. Now bake for 15 to 17 mins
  11. Now let it cooled down completely
  12. Make ice cream by blending raspberry , yoghurt and sugar together until creamy
  13. Now top up the brownie with freshly made yoghurt ice cream
