Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For filling--
  2. Chana daal(gram pulses)one bowl
  3. Green chilli chopped. 3
  4. Ginger finally chopped one spon
  5. Green corinder chopped 4 spoon
  6. Salt as taste
  7. Garam masala half spoon
  8. Oil 1 spoon
  9. Onion chopped 1
  10. Cumin 1spoon
  11. Saufe.(fennel seed) One spoon
  12. For dough----
  13. Wheat flour. Two bowl
  14. Rice flour half bowl
  15. Salt one spoon
  16. Oil one spoon
  17. Ojl for frying

Instructions

  1. Take wheat n rice flour add. oil n salt.Add wTter n knead soft dough n keep aside.
  2. Put cooker on gas n add oil. When oil heat add cumin .
  3. When cumin is golden brown add onion chilli Ginger n mix well.
  4. When onion is golden brown then add gram pulses(half hour soke in water)n mix well.
  5. Add salt fennel seeds n garam masala n mix .
  6. Add 1 1/4bowl water.n keep lid.After 4-5 whistle switch off the gas.
  7. After five min open cooker n take rest. When mixture is cool then grind it.n mix chopped green coriander
  8. Dough divide 4-5bowls.
  9. Roll one bowl by rolling pin n half spoon oil spread on it.put 1 1/2spoon daal mixture on it n close roll. Stuff roll it with rolling pin just like chapati.n cook on non sticky tawa both side. Apply oil or ghee.
  10. Enjoy vit curd n pickle.
