This is made by cooked leftover black gram dry veg.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Cooked black gram paste 2 cups
  2. Chopped onion 1 big
  3. Pudina & coriander leavez chopped 1/2 cup
  4. Bread soaked and squeezed 2 pc
  5. Roasted red chilli & jira pow.2 tsp
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Garam masala pow.1/2 tsp
  8. Dhania pow.rosted 1/2 tsp
  9. Ginger garlic minced 1 tbsp
  10. Bell peppers 2
  11. Tomato 2
  12. Lemon juice 2 tsp
  13. Chat masala 1 tsp
  14. Buttet or oil 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingrd.in a bowl.
  2. Take a baking stick .
  3. Wrap mixture in oval shape .
  4. Preheat the oven for 19 mnts on 180c
  5. Cut the bell pepper in roundels
  6. Add roundels in both edges of stick
  7. Repeat these process on another stick
  8. Brush butter or oil around the mixture.
  9. Grill for 1o mnts on 150 c
  10. Turn and again grill for 10 mnts.
  11. Sprinkle lemon juice and chat masala
  12. Serve with tomato roundels .
