Combination of green methi and wheat make healthy to all.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Green methi leaves 1 bowl( washed)
  2. Wheat flour 1bowl
  3. Garlic patals 4-5( chopped)
  4. Green chilly 2-3(chopped)
  5. Tomato (chopped) 1/2 small bowl
  6. Oil 1 small bowl
  7. Cumin seeds 1/2 spoon
  8. Salt as per your taste
  9. Sugar 1 pinch
  10. Water 1 glass

Instructions

  1. Mix salt and 2 spoons oil in wheat flour.
  2. Knead tight ( like poories) to flour with water. Leave for few mins.
  3. In frying pan drop oil , heat for a minute.
  4. Fry cumin seeds, chopped garlic and chilly. Fry till garlic turns brown.
  5. Add methi leaves and chopped tomato,add salt and sugar. Mix well , cook for few mins.
  6. After cooking add water and leave for boiling.
  7. Make small small parts of the dough.
  8. Make round shape of all parts. when water of methi is boiled, drop 1 by 1 round shaped pressed between both palm.
  9. Cook for 10 mins.
