Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Curd 3 tbsp
  2. Fresh malai 5 tbsp
  3. Salt
  4. Black pepper
  5. 20 slices bread
  6. Cucumber 1
  7. Capsicum 1
  8. Onion1
  9. Tomato 1

Instructions

  1. Saute all chopped veggies as mentioned in pan without oil.
  2. Now add malai and curd into it.
  3. Add salt and black pepper as your taste
  4. Allow this batter on bread slice keep another slice on it.
  5. Now heat sandwich maker
  6. Keep these slices in it.
  7. Heat till green light comes
  8. As they become light brown
  9. Your sandwhiches are ready.
  10. Serve with tomatoe sauce
