ABOUT Hot Smoked Salmon RECIPE

This tasty smoked salmon is the easiest and fastest way to cook salmon.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 tbsp soy sauce
  2. 1 tbsp garlic powder.
  3. 1 tbsp cajun seasoning
  4. 2 tbsp extra spicy salt free seasoning blend
  5. 1 tbsp whole oregano
  6. 1 tsp parsley flakes
  7. 1 tsp black pepper
  8. 4 salmon fillets
  9. Vegetable oil or olive oil spray
  10. Black pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine all glaze ingredients in a bowl. Cut fillets 1 1/2 to 2 inches wide.
  2. Place the glaze ingredients in a large casserole dish .Coat the salmon fillets in the marinade and then place them skinless-side down in the marinade.
  3. Marinate for 1hr or overnight. Preheat the oven 375 fahrenheit. Keep the marinated fish in broiler or oven safe pan and cook for 20-25 mints.
  4. Cook undisturbed until the fish skin is starting to crisp. Using a flat spatula carefully flip the fillets over and spray some oil.
  5. Cook until the salmon is just opaque in the center and then cook 4-5 minutes more . Transfer to serving plate and serve immediately with guacamole .
