These tomatoes are stuffed with tangy corn chaat and topped with crisp Sev and Boondi.

Cut the tops off the tomatoes and set aside.
Mix together the corn with onions, cucumbers and bell peppers.
Add chaat masala, salt and black pepper to taste. Mix in a spoonful of tamarind chutney too.
Mix well and stuff the tomatoes with this corn chaat.
As a topping, add the boondi and sev immediately before serving.
Top it off by spreading some chilli garlic sauce on each tomato.
