ABOUT Nutmeg Pancake with Almond Crumble RECIPE

These pancakes can be served as snacks. The almond crumble is delicious and its a different and nice combination of pancakes with crumble.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For crumble
  2. Wheat Flour 2 tbsp
  3. Butter 2tbsp
  4. Crushed almonds 2 tbsp
  5. Powdered sugar 2 tbsp (use according to your taste)
  6. For Pan Cakes
  7. All purpose flour (Maida) 1 cup
  8. Baking powder 1 tsp
  9. Nutmeg grated 2 pinches
  10. Egg 1
  11. Milk 1 cup
  12. Butter 1 cup
  13. Powdered sugar 3/4 tbsp

Instructions

  1. For crumble mix well all the ingredients of crumble and bake it in a preheated oven at 170 degree for 10 minutes or till it is done.
  2. For pancakes mix all the ingredients of batter properly so that there is no lump.
  3. Apply little oil to aapam mold and fill it with pancake batter till half as it will raise.
  4. Cook at low flame and flip it after it is done from one side.
  5. Serve these delicious pancakes with almond crumble.
