Everybody loves street food, and this is one of the most preferred one. so make this yummy tangy chaat at home to delight your loved ones.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup maida
  2. 1 table spoon Suji
  3. 1 tea spoon oil/ ghee
  4. 1 pinch soda
  5. 1/4 tea spoon salt
  6. 6 potato boil
  7. 100g moth boil
  8. 1 carrot
  9. 1/2 beetroot
  10. 2 green chilli
  11. Sweet chutney
  12. Curd
  13. green coriander
  14. Roasted Cumin Powder
  15. Red chill powder
  16. Seb

Instructions

  1. Knead a dough using maida, suji [semolina], salt, soda, oil/ghee. The dough should not be very stiff or very soft. Let this rest for about 10 minutes.
  2. Now divide the dough into equal parts and roll a thin chapathi out of every portion. Cut small rounds using a cookie cutter or a round cutter, deep fry them in hot oil on a medium flame, strain and keep aside.
  3. After all the step you will get this type of papdi as shown in the picture . Take a plate arrange all the papari.Cut round pieces of potato and arrange over the papari.Put some amount of curd in it. Put sweet chutney over it, roasted cumin powder,Red chilli powder,black salt. Put some amount of boiled moth over the papari. Decorate with carrot, beetroot,sev ,green coriander.
