Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1cup whisked curd
  2. 3 tbsp besan
  3. 1tsp turmeric powder
  4. 1 tsp each mustard seeds
  5. Asfoetida - 1/2 tsp
  6. red chilly powder - 1 tsp salt
  7. For the besan pakodas : Besan - 1/2 cup
  8. Red chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
  9. salt
  10. 3 tbsp ghee for tempering

Instructions

  1. First take the whisked curd ,add besan mix well
  2. Put this in a pan & allow it to boil
  3. Add turmeric powder ,salt to taste. This is your kadhi. Cook till it thickens
  4. Prepare Pakoras with the besan batter and deep fry them.
  5. Add these Pakoras to the kadhi
  6. For tempering., Take ghee, add cumin seeds, ,asfoetida, red chilli powder, add this to the kadhi.
  7. Boil a little. Your Kadhi Pakoda is ready
