Replacing your high Calorie bread with low Calorie Rice paper helps you to loose weight faster as the filling is absolutely your choice. Here i have wrapped them with Fruits, Nuts and Sprouts.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Apple 1
  2. Pear 1
  3. Orange 1
  4. Pomegranate seeds 1/4 cup
  5. Green grapes ( peeled and chopped ) 1/4 cup
  6. Rice paper sheets 12.
  7. Mixed roasted nuts 1/2 cup
  8. Mixed Sprouts 1/2 cup
  9. Home-made Paneer 1/2 cup (grated ) Avoid paneer if you want to make it lactose free.
  10. Five Spice powder 1/2 tsp
  11. Salt a pinch ( optional ).
  12. Pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  13. Basil dried 1/ 4 tsp
  14. Home made Orange zest 1 tsp
  15. Lettuce leaves while making wrap. ( of 1/2 lettuce ).
  16. For kids
  17. Chocolaty chips 1 tbsp
  18. Grated cheese 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Stir fry Sprouts just for a minute with just a little oil and a pinch of salt.
  2. Chop all fruits , mix with juice of half lemon and keep in fridge.
  3. Blanch and cut all nuts.
  4. Add Five spice powder, zeera , pepper and Basil to the fruits.
  5. Add a pinch of salt for taste ( optional ).
  6. Add grated paneer. Mix Everything including Sprouts well. Add Orange Zest for flavour.
  7. Take warm water in a bowl and dip one rice paper holding from one side just for 1 /2 minute. Same way hold from another end and dip again for 1/2 minute.
  8. Pet dry on a kitchen towel and transfer on work place ( preferably wooden).
  9. Put a lettuce leaf in the centre and one spoonful of filling. Again put a lettuce leaf over filling and make a wrap.
  10. You can also fold the sides and make pockets.
  11. Serve with your favourite dip. If eating as breakfast and brunch a cup of filter coffee is all you need. No need of dip..
  12. For kids.
  13. Add chocolate chips and serve with mayonnaise or sour creme. Or can add grated cheese while wrapping.
