Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Butter 1/4 cup
  2. Powdered jaggery 1/4 cup
  3. Honey 1½ tbsp
  4. Oats 1/2 cup heaped
  5. Dessicated coconut 1tbsp
  6. Whole wheat flour 1/4 cup
  7. Baking powder 1/4tsp
  8. Dried pineapple 30g
  9. Almonds 20g
  10. Cranberries 30g
  11. Pumpkin seeds 10g
  12. Pineapple chocochips handful (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl mix oats, whole wheat flour, baking powder and all the chopped dry fruits and nuts.
  2. In a pan mix butter, jaggery and honey.
  3. Heat this mixture till all the ingredients melt properly.
  4. Pour this mixture over dry ingredients.
  5. Pour this mixture in a lined baking tray.Press it well.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180deg for 20-25 min or till done.
