Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Finely chopped fresh spinach leaves - 1 cup
  2. Grated Cucumber - 1/2 cup
  3. Rice flour - 1/2 cup
  4. Onion finely chopped - 1/2 cup
  5. Rawa - 1/4 cup to give crispness
  6. salt as per taste
  7. Haldi - 1/4 teaspoon
  8. Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  9. Fresh curd - 1/2 cup
  10. Olive oil - 1 tablespoon for shallow fry
  11. Pudhina chutney - pudhina, green chillies, water, salt, lemon juice - all to be grinded

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.
  2. Make round flat tikkis and keep aside.
  3. In a pan add olive oil and shallow fry the tikkis.
  4. Enjoy the hot spinach cucumber tikkis with pudina chutney.
