Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Broccoli florets 1 cup
  2. Carrot 1 big ( 250 grams )
  3. Mushrooms 1 pack
  4. Green , Yellow and Red Capsicum cut into Stripes 1 cup
  5. Spring onions Chopped fresh 1 cup
  6. Baby corn 1 pack
  7. Fresh garlic ( green) chopped 1 tbsp
  8. Garlic crushed 1 tsp
  9. Mix Sprouts 1/2 cup
  10. Olive oil 2 tsp / butter
  11. Salt , pepper to taste
  12. Parsley 1 tbsp
  13. Fresh basil leaves 1 tbsp
  14. Low Calorie butter 1/2 to 1 tsp
  15. Lime juice 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a big Pan.
  2. Add Garlic crushed, saute till brown. Add Sprouts.
  3. Start cutting and adding veggies. Add those vegetables first that release water on cooking
  4. Stir fry on medium to high flame .
  5. Add salt , pepper, and Saute for 4 to 5 minutes maximum. If veggies dry up, sprinkle some water
  6. Add butter and herbs. Serve adding 1/2 tsp lemon juice.
