Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Sweet corn 1/2 cup
  2. Chopped capsicum 1/2 cup
  3. Chopped tomatoes 1/2 cup
  4. Chopped Onions 1 cup
  5. Ginger- garlic paste 1 tbsp
  6. 1/2 tbsp chilli powder
  7. 1tbsp pavbhaji masala
  8. Oil 2 tbsp
  9. salt to taste
  10. 1/2 bowl coriander
  11. Cheese
  12. Butter to apply on pav

Instructions

  1. In a pan add oil.In the oil add onion, ginger garlic paste.Saute it till onion is transparent.
  2. Now add tomatoes, capsicum&cooked corn to it.
  3. Now put chilly powder, pav bhaji masala, salt & put a 1/2 cup water in it & close it with a lid.
  4. Let all the above things cook for 3 mins.add coriander to it.
  5. Cut the pav from the middle & apply butter on both the sides. Stuff pav bhaji in it. Grate cheese on it & put it on the pan for 2 minutes and serve hot
