Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. Maida 1 1/2 cup
  2. Curd fresh 1 cup
  3. Baking powder 1 1/8 tsp
  4. Baking soda 1/2
  5. Oil 1/2 cup
  6. Vanilla essence 1 tsp
  7. Salt 1/2 tsp
  8. Milk 2 tbsp
  9. Sugar syrup 1 cup
  10. Fresh whipping cream 2 cups
  11. Chocolate Barks

Instructions

  1. Pre -heat oven at 175 ° C
  2. Grease the baking tin
  3. Grind sugar
  4. In sugar add curd and whisk till it gets dissolved
  5. Add baking powder and soda
  6. Add vanilla essence
  7. Wait for 5 minutes till it froths
  8. Mix dry ingredients in wet
  9. Bake till done
  10. Cool the cake and slit from middle
  11. Pour sugar syrup
  12. Add fresh whipped cream
  13. Cover with the other cake and make Rossetts
  14. Cover the sides with chocolate barks
