Take a walnut size piece of red dough and of the same size of white dough.
Separately, roll each color piece on a lightly floured surface, into a 4 inch long rope.Place both the ropes side by side, gently press together, and twist the both ropes to form a spiral.
Similarly make other cookies also.
Place all the cookies on a greased baking tray.Leave space of about 2 inches between two cookies.
Shape each cookie into a cane shape by bending one end into a hook shape.
Preheat oven at 190 degrees C and place the tray in the oven. Bake the cookies for about 8 minutes or until set and the edges of the cookies just starting to brown.
Remove from the oven and let the cookies cool completely.
Makes about 30 cookies.
