Ingredients: 1 cup rava; 1/2 cup maida; 1 cup powdered sugar(adjust according to your taste); 1/2 cup melted butter; 1 tsp baking powder; 1/4 tsp baking soda; 1 tsp vinegar; 1/2 tsp vanilla essence; 1/2 cup Milk or as required; 1 spoon sherry; 1 pinch of red food colour; 1 pinch of green colour Or your choice(optional)

1 cup rava
1/2 cup maida
1 cup powdered sugar(adjust according to your taste)
1/2 cup melted butter
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vinegar
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
1/2 cup Milk or as required
1 spoon sherry
1 pinch of red food colour
1 pinch of green colour Or your choice(optional)

Instructions

Sift together maida, rava, baking powder, baking soda, add vinegar. Now mix butter and powdered sugar well. Then mix milk and whisk well. Add vanilla essence. Adjust the consistency by adding milk to the cake batter, divide in three parts mix food colour of your choice Grease a microwave safe bowl.
Put some red mixture into the bowl then white batter and then green batter and tap to remove any bubbles, take a fork place in the middle and make a swirl in the batter. Place in micro wave for 6 minutes. Check with a knife if the cake is done
Let the cake cool. Slice when cool
