Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Idli dosa batter- 2 cups
  2. Curd -1/2 cup
  3. Baking soda-1/2 spoon
  4. Eno fruit salt- 1 tsp
  5. Salt
  6. For tempering- oil- 1 tbs
  7. Mustard seeds -2 tsp
  8. curry leaves
  9. yellow food colour

Instructions

  1. Take batter and divide it in two parts add yellow food colour in one part. Then add all ingredients.
  2. Take muffin mould and pour white batter in it. fill only half. Prepare all moulds and steam them for five minutes then pour yellow batter on it again and steam them.
  3. Take a pan heat oil add mustard seeds and curry leaves and temper all dhoklas.
