Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. for cones
  2. 1 cup all purpose flour
  3. 2 tbsp hot oil
  4. Salt
  5. 6 aluminium kulfi mould
  6. For Filling
  7. 1 cup boiled potatoes
  8. 1 cup boiled peas
  9. 4 tbsp tamarind sauce
  10. 2 Green chillies finely chopped
  11. 1 tbsp dry mango powder
  12. 1 tbsp cumin powder
  13. 1 tsp red chilly powder
  14. 3 tbsp fresh coriander finely chopped
  15. 1 cup whisked curd
  16. Salt

Instructions

  1. Take all purpose flour, hot oil and salt and knead a tight dough and keep it aside for 1/2 an hour
  2. Mix boiled potatoes and peas with a pinch of salt
  3. Take a small portion of dough and roll it like a chapati
  4. cut long strips and roll it one by one on the aluminium kulfi mould and apply water on the tip on end strip to close it
  5. Fry the strips along the mould
  6. After the cones are fried keep it aside to cool down
  7. Then take out the cones
  8. Take the cones and fill it with mixture of potatoes and peas
  9. Then put tamarind sauce
  10. Then fill with curd and sprinkle from top red chilly powder , cumin powder and fresh coriander
