Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. I cup goond/dried gum
  2. 3 cup dry dessicated coconut
  3. 2 cup dried dates powder/kharik
  4. 1/2 cup khaskhus/poppy seeds
  5. 1 cup Wheat Flour
  6. 2 cups ghee
  7. 2 cups grated jaggery
  8. 1 tsp nutmeg powder
  9. 1/2 cup badam powder

Instructions

  1. In a pan put ghee.When temperature rises put goond in it.
  2. Let the goond be fried fully then take it out in a plate.
  3. Put the poppy seeds in the pan and roast just for a minute or two.
  4. Heat the wheat flour till it becomes pinkish and the aroma comes.
  5. Now just mix all the ingredients and bind the laddoos.
