These spring rolls are very yummy.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Maida 4 tablespoon
  2. Cornflour 2 table spoon
  3. Salt as per taste
  4. Water 1 cup
  5. Oil 1 table spoon
  6. Maggie 1 single pack, any flavour

Instructions

  1. In a bowl mix cornflour, maida, salt and oil. Add one cup water and make a flowing batter and sieve so no lumps remain.
  2. Heat a non stick tava. Dip a silicon brush in batter and start coating to make a square dosa of required thickness.
  3. As the dosa gets cooked it becomes easy to flip. Carefully remove from tava.
  4. Collect on a clean wet cloth so that it stays soft. Cook maggie as usual but make it a little dry. Let cool.
  5. Now keep little maggie on each dosa sheet, flip and roll into tight logs and paste the ends with maida paste and lock ends.
  6. Now heat oil in a wok. Deep fry these logs to golden brown on low flame till crispy. Cut to pieces of your choice.

Is it necessary to use only a silicon brush.. can't we pour it with a ladle??
