ABOUT Haraa Bhaara Kababs RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup spinach, blanched
  2. 2 tablespoon peas, boiled
  3. 2 medium sized potatoes, boiled
  4. 1 tablespoon green corainder leaves, finely chopped
  5. 2 brown bread slices
  6. 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic-green chilli paste
  7. 1/4 teaspoon red chilli powder
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Oil for deep/ shallow frying

Instructions

  1. Chop the blanched spinach finely.
  2. Remove the crust off the bread slices.
  3. Soak in water for 20 seconds.
  4. Remove and squeeze to remove the water.
  5. Add together all the ingredients, except the oil..
  6. Make balls and press gently to flatten the kababs.
  7. Shallow or deep fry till golden brown color.
  8. Serve hot with any chutney of your choice.
