Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup corn kernel boiled
  2. 1 cup chopped corn
  3. 1 boiled peeled potato
  4. 1 onion chopped
  5. 5 garlic chopped
  6. 2 tsp Fried peanut crushed
  7. ½ inch ginger sliced
  8. 2 green chillies chopped
  9. 3 tsp corn flour
  10. 4 tsp bread crumbs
  11. 4 tsp dhania leaves
  12. Salt to taste
  13. Oil for deep frying

Instructions

  1. Mash potato and add all ingredients in a bowl. Add salt as per taste. Mix these well. Make small balls.
  2. Heat kadahai and put oil into it. When oil gets heated , Add corn balls and cook in medium flame.
  3. Remove when the corn pakora turns a little brown. Fry again for in slow flame till golden brown.
  4. It is ready to be served with sauce and imli chutney.
