Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1/2 cup soya (soak soya beans over night and ground to a paste)
  2. 1/2 cup semolina
  3. 1 teaspoon besan (chick flour)
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Chat masala half teaspoon
  6. 1 spoon onion, finely chopped
  7. 1 spoon garlic, chilly, ginger paste
  8. Coriander
  9. oil
  10. Grated carrot
  11. Tomato and olive for garnishing

Instructions

  1. Take one bowl, and add paste of soya beans,semolina,chickflour,salt ,curd,onion ,ginger ,garlic,chilly paste, chat masala make a thick batter. Let it rest for half an hour
  2. Now make a batter of pouring consistency
  3. Now take non-stick pan and spread some oil and spread batter. Pour little oil around sides and make nice crisp chilla.
  4. Garnish with some carrots, tomatoes,coriander and some olives. Serve with ketchup
