Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 6 boiled and mashed potatoes
  2. 1/2 cup grated carrot1cuo
  3. 1/2cup finally chopped capsicum
  4. 1/2cup grated cabbage
  5. 1/2cup grated cauliflower
  6. 1 cup shocked soya granules
  7. 1cup bread crumbs
  8. 1/2cup finally chopped spring onions
  9. Salt to taste
  10. 1/2teaspoon coriander powder
  11. 1/4 tsp garam masala
  12. 1cup bread crumbs for roll on the kebabs
  13. 1 cup corn flower paste

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients well
  2. Make small balls press with palm and give a shape of your own
  3. Dip the kebabs in cornflower paste
  4. Now roll on your kebabs on breadcrumbs
  5. And deep fry till golden brown
