Inspired by this group and for the lunch of my kid who is a fussy eater
Soak mixed pulses in one bowl and dosa rice and methi seeds in another bowl for 6 hrs or overnight
Next grind these separately adding water as needed.
Now make a batter by mixing dosa rice batter and Pulse batter and Multi grain flour and curd together.
Mix all nicely and make a thick batter (Not very thick) it should be of pancake consistency. add extra water if needed.
Let it ferment for around 8-10 hours in a hot place or maybe for 12 hrs.
Once fermented it will be almost 1.5 of the batter
Now add salt to it and mix.
Grease a Dosa tava or non-stick tava and heat it nicely, pour one ladle of batter and spread.
Let it cook for 3-4 min now turn it and let it cook for 1 minute and its ready.
Pack these dosas with some dip in your kid's lunch box or with spicy chutney in your lunch box. Healthy Dosa ready.
